Plenty of medical and moral support for Tony at the Lost Sheep

Well done to Jim, Tony, Dena, James and Martin on their heroic efforts at the Lost Sheep half Ironman in Kenmare last weekend. Mixed fortunes in difficult conditions but that’s racing!

Meanwhile, at the other end of the country David F, PJ, John and Peter took on the Tri an Mhí Quarryman Triathlon. An enjoyable event by all accounts and solid performances from all.
